Amanda and Joseph got married at The Haight in Elgin, IL. She wore a gorgeous long sleeve a-line with a textured skirt by Essense of Australia. Her unique gown had an open v-neckline with ivory lace and a moscato colored under layer.

Check out a few of the gorgeous photos Amanda shared with us!

You can really see the amazing texture and detail of her gown in the light.
Her joy really shined through on her big day!
Such a beautiful ceremony!
The Happy Newlyweds! The gorgeous florals were completed by Eden Wedding & Events in St. Charles – The owner Jordan Clare captured the stunning natural feel Amanda was seeking!
We have serious flower crown envy over here – Amanda’s gorgeous natural curls were the perfect platform for the boho inspired crown.

Congratulations Amanda & Joseph. We wish you both all the best as you take this next step together and man and wife. You make a beautiful couple and we can only imagine the memories you share from your big day!

The Crystal Bride has the pleasure of hosting another preview show from one of our top designers; Essense of Australia!

You may be asking yourself, what is a preview show?  Are there discounts?  How long do the dresses take to come in?  Do I need an appointment?  Below are some helpful answers and tips to attending an event like this!

What is a preview show?

A preview show is an in store event where the designer ships their newest collection of gowns to our store for a limited amount of time.  These gowns have not hit the market yet and often go through a review process before making the final collection. The designer of these gowns is in attendance which makes for an exciting, once in a lifetime opportunity.  These gowns are the hottest trends and most up and coming styles that you can find in the marketplace.  That being said, photos of these gowns are a no-no due to the exclusivity of their designs.

Are there discounts?

Typically there are no discounts at a preview show.  The main purpose of the show is to expose real brides to exclusive gowns and allow them to meet the designer of the collection.

How long does it take for the dresses to come in?

A preview gown is often going to take 6+ months to come in. You need to allow plenty of time for alterations, so we typically recommend shopping no later than 9 months prior to your wedding date.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes! YES YES!! These events can get a little busy due to the hype and exciting nature of meeting the designer.  That being said, try to limit your group to your most important guests.

Do you want to be a #CrystalBride? Call the store to make your appointment TODAY! Space is limited and these events book up very quickly!
